so just a random update... and a short fe drabble that idk where to post but here

lol this week went so dang fast! it was all thanks to the day off wendessday though. :]
haha it was kinda funny today cuz the last football game of the season was today, but it was an away game 40min away, and my friend was goin insane. she wanted to go so bad! XD her parents wouldnt take her so she was beggin us all to get a ride. XD i just hope we won, since its friday the 13th and all... X3

but yeah, i wrote this little drabble the other morning and i wanted to post it. i might eventually put it on ff.net or somethin but idk... i might make more too, since this was hecka fun to write.

so i took some of Sothe's death quotes from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, mixed em up and wrote a drabble to them. oh, and the quotes were found here--> [link]

Sothe: A-all this blood... Guh...
Micaiah: Sothe?! No, no... Sothe! Please, hang on!
Sothe: D-don't look at me like that... I-I'll be fine... This is… n-nothing… Ugh…!
Micaiah: Oh, goddess... Sothe, you have to rest. You're in no condition to fight… You've got to withdraw! With wounds like that, you're in no shape for fighting!
Sothe: I-I can't… My wounds a-are... too… Guh… too deep... I-it's not your fault... M-Micaiah… D'you hear me?
Micaiah: Please, no, you can't say that! I can't... I can't do this... Not without you...
Sothe: It's over for me... T-take care of yourself... I'll be looking out for y-you...
Micaiah: Sothe! Sothe!!! No, this can't be happening... Don't leave me alone like this! Sothe! Sothe!!


Sothe staggered back, his opponent falling. He gripped his wounded chest, breath coming in pained gasps. “A-all this blood... Guh...” the Whisper could hardly stand, much less see clearly. A feeling of guilt and dread suddenly washed over him as he heard Micaiah’s cry.

“Sothe?! No, no... Sothe! Please, hang on!” The silver-haired girl cried out to him, terrified of loosing her closest friend. Even though she was not far from Sothe, Micaiah could not run to him, for her turn to fight was already spent.

For her sake, the Whisper tried to shake off the pain and weakness. He forced himself to stand up straight, his eyes meeting with hers. “D-don't look at me like that... I-I'll be fine... This is… n-nothing… Ugh…!” Sothe winced, doubling over once more. He coughed painfully, feeling warm, sticky blood run from his mouth. Sothe knew he didn’t have much time left.

There was nothing Micaiah wanted more right now than to run to him, to wrap him in her arms and make it all better, but she could not. “Oh, goddess... Sothe, you have to rest. You're in no condition to fight! …You've got to withdraw! With wounds like that, you're in no shape for fighting!” she reached out to him, hating the look of pain and guilt in his clouded light green eyes.

As much as he hated to acknowledge it, Sothe knew he was going to die here. This had been his last stand. “I-I can't… My wounds a-are... too… Guh…” the Whisper let out a small noise of pain, his body forcing him to his knees with some invisible force. However, he continued to look into Micaiah’s eyes, continued to say his final words. “…too deep... I-it's not your fault... M-Micaiah… D'you hear me?” He winced again, finally tearing his gaze from hers. He bent over; arms wrapped tight around his many wounds. He could barely bite back the scream of agony and guilt at his lips.

This was torture for Micaiah. She would be nothing without Sothe, and now he was dying right before her very eyes. “No, you can't say that! I can't... I can't do this... Not without you...” she couldn’t fight without him, she would give up without her invincible pillar of strength.

Every breath he took was harder, shorter than the last. The pain and grief were almost unbearable. “It's over for me... T-take care of yourself... I'll be… looking out for… y-you...” he managed to look into her eyes one final time before falling.

Micaiah screamed. “Sothe! Sothe!!! No, this can't be happening... Don't leave me alone like this! Sothe! Sothe!!” she sank to her knees as well, sobbing.

‘Micaiah... I've failed you... I couldn't protect you to the end...’ Sothe thought with heavy grief, before everything faded into black oblivion.
